The Coconut Creek Shell project is a remodel project of an outdated gas station and c-store. The client wanted to refresh the store in order to compete with area business that had moved in and decreased customer patronage of his store. Design elements include a new cashier counter, new built-in style fountain drink wall, a “Fresh Brew” coffee counter, as well as a specialty coffee area. The Marketplace concept presents offerings of hot and cold grab-n-go items and the community table offers customers a place to sit, surf the web, charge phones and enjoy a quick meal or snack in the pleasant surroundings of warm wood finishes, colorful tile and fluted glass features.
